This video shows you what it's like to see this layer of ice which formed over top of all the plants and trees and shrubs and grass overnight after a cold rain event and then freezing overnight temperatures. Very cool! Usually we get either rain or snow in this part of Pennsylvania, and rarely do we get ice events like this, which makes them so special! This morning it was in the high 20s, and this afternoon it will be 48-deg F. So all of this will melt. So, we have to enjoy this winter treasure gift from mother nature while it lasts. Thanks!
