STRONG ALL STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT | No Repeat

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body without having to get up and down, with this 40 minute ALL STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

There is one circuit to work through. Complete each exercise 60 secs work/20 secs rest

2️⃣DB Row to Deadlift (7kg)
3️⃣1 1/2 Bicep Curl (5kg)
4️⃣DB Squat Clean & Press (5kg)
5️⃣DB Curtsy Lunge & Curl (5kg)
6️⃣DB Standing Abduction (L) side (5kg)
7️⃣DB Standing Abduction (R) side (5kg)
8️⃣ DB Front Raise Inward (3kg)
9️⃣DB Front to Lateral Raise (3kg)
