A small puppy with a disability in his leg was separated from his mother and abandoned on the street

I met Fred on the street.He was born with a birth defect with crooked front legs. He couldn't move normally. All of his siblings could run and play. And Fred could only crawl. The owner separated him from his mother and abandoned him on the street. And he didn't understand why people were looking at him with contempt, and rejection. I seemed to feel this little soul's plea for help.
