This flexibility yoga routine is meant to help your body become more flexible and bendy. I do this routine every 2-3 days to make sure that my body continues to get more flexible and does not get "stiff". Being flexible is important to stay in good shape and avoid injuries and pain in your body.

Give your body some LOVEEE by giving it a niiiice stretch for a full 30 minutes.
