Meteorologist Begs Driver to Speed Out of Tornado’s Path

A reporter’s panic was caught on a hot mic during a live feed of tornado coverage. Once they saw the tornado touch down, KCCI-TV meteorologist Evan Bunkers and his colleague, Beau, were told to hightail it out of there because their co-workers back at the news station said the tornado seemed like it was headed their way. Evan’s mic was still live and viewers could hear him beg Beau to drive faster. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
