1. cup chopped fresh celery
1. cup chopped purple onions
1. cup chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1. tbsp. lemon juice
1. tsp salt
add in some chopped jalapeno pepper-if you like spicy
COMBINE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND MIX VERY WELL.
CHILL IF DESIRED
