Imagine having a broken leg without the ability to receive medical care 😿

Every week we help so many animals who require expensive medical care and complex surgeries. We couldn't have helped any of them without your support! Most of these dogs and cats don't have interesting rescue videos, they are coming to us injured, sick, and require funds and long-term care.

We couldn't save any of these animals without your support! Every donation goes towards veterinary care, food, supplies, and rescue equipment. On Friday we will post a special Mother's Day video and I hope you will be back for it.

In this rescue, Katie McKittrick responded to the call for help about a semi-feral cat who had a broken leg. All the cats in this video live in a well-managed colony, they are all spayed/neutered, so they were all trapped in the past and wouldn't go into a trap again. Katie came prepared with a drop trap which is the best way to trick cats who were previously trapped.

Once she secured Thomas, she got him to CARES, and together with Dr. Antonio Pedraza and the medical team, they fixed up his leg. For 8 weeks they changed his bandages, tried to tame him, but he was just not interested and it was decided to return him back to his feral family and friends.

Thank you so much for supporting #HopeForPaws and for helping us make a difference in the lives of so many animals ❤️

If you can, please join us with a small recurring donation that will ensure that we can continue our work month after month, year after year: https://www.HopeForPaws.org
