YELLING AT SCAMMERS FOR RIPPING OFF TOURISTS AT ROCKY STATUE IN PHILADELPHIA

The number one tourist attraction in Philadelphia is the Rocky statue near the Rocky Steps (The Philadelphia Museum of Art) Signs are posted warning tourists to avoid people soliciting near the statue. These scammers make tourists fell uncomfortably. They are way too pushy. I confront these guys every time I see them. They always admit they are wrong.
