Horner’s Sharp Response To Jos’s Criticism Demanding Priority For Max
Horner started off by clarifying that the team isn’t set up for one driver
“At the end of the day, both drivers are team players. They are part of a team”
“It’s not Sergio Pérez Racing or Max Verstappen Racing, it’s Red Bull Racing”
He further emphasized the importance of the team
“They work for the team, they have a responsibility”
“They drive a car here designed by some 800 employees and produced for them”
He signed off by speaking about the team goal
“They are an important link in the chain, but it is important that they realize that the team’s ambition is greater than their own”
