Human Remains Found in Apartment Complex Dumpster

Human body parts were found by someone going through the recycling bin at a Southern California apartment complex, according to police. David Hoetzlein, 25, was arrested on suspicion of killing his mother, Tomoko Hoetzlein. According to a Ventura County Sheriff’s Office press release, authorities believe “David dismembered Tomoko’s body before dumping her remains in an apartment complex dumpster.” Hoetzlein is being held on $3 million dollars bond and is due in court on June 7.
