Last night, my 😴was 💩.

And I had a @CrossFitPlainville [OR @CrossFit Planvillecommunity for FB, Quetcy]🏋🏿 scheduled for 9 am this morning…. 😡.

Barely awake at 7:30 AM in the morning, I had decision to make… Skip the workout or scale it down.

This morning’s scheduled CrossFit workout was supposed to be:

1 minute of each, 6 rounds:

- Sit ups
- Farmers carry
- Shuttle run
- Box jump
- Reverse lunges
