Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for always being near to me when I am worried and afraid. Forgive me for letting discouragement and worries of this life distract me from fixing my eyes on you and from coming to you with every petition and request. Father, I cry out to you knowing that you care for me and that You do not want me to find safety in anything else but you. You are my fortress and protection, my rock and shield. Thank you, Lord, that you are a firm foundation. In the midst of chaos and troubles, you are constant and you are unshakable. Thank you for your endless love, care and protection over my life.

But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a fount of water springing up to eternal life.”(John 4:14)
