Stop the thrust!
Over thrusting the pelvis forward to create a strong finish and forcefully contract the glutes can ge the reason you are having back pain.
Keep pelvis in-line with your knees and shoulder and font over arch your back.
Focus on a co-contraction of your glutes and your core to create a strong and stable finish.
I’ve seen many patients with back pain who were overthrusting at the end of all their lifts 🙈
Pushing your pelvis too far forward can compress your lumbar spine and cause injury!
