I got this idea after I was rewatching season 8 of rwby and winter (my wife) sounded so freaking beautiful and authoritative whenever she spoke, so i decided that i wanted to have a voice exactly like hers + the effect of it.

i also added a clip from rwby that has her voice in it so it can help y’all visualize a bit better, but the version without the clip sound is right below this (winter is the taller one, and the smaller one is her sister weiss)
