"I actually received my OBE from Prince Charles, but I've been in the same room with her and I saw her... how she operated and how cleverly and calmly and kindly she made every single individual that she talked to feel like they were the only person in the world for 30 seconds. So it's a great skill, actually, as a performer and sort of host."
