Good Samaritans Help Police Officer During Traffic Stop

Police outside of Cleveland, Ohio, are praising a group of citizens who helped an officer. A police officer pulled over 64-year-old David Koubeck during a routine traffic stop. He stepped out of the vehicle and continued to refuse the officer’s orders, which led to a physical struggle. Good Samaritans, including Stacia Metucci, ran to help the officer. A second police officer arrived and they were able to put the driver in handcuffs.
