India has slammed the 'impunity being facilated' to terrorists to evade sanctions . India's strong statement came from External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar at the UNSC. In a veiled dig at China, Jaishankar said politics should not prevent sanctioning of terrorists. He further added that the fight against impunity is critical to the larger pursuit of securing peace and justice. EAM also said the security council must send an unambiguous and unequivocal message on this count. Remember, China has blocked India and the U.S. in multiple attempts to blacklist Pakistani terrorists.
