NLTV on September 4 took an exclusive interview of Retired IAS officer, K.K. Sema on current Naga socio-political scenario. Sema claimed that politics in Nagaland is adversely affected with corruption and does not see any developmental changes coming in the state until and unless people understand how politicians manipulate the public with their fairytale promises. Taking a dig at the present state govt, Sema said that Nagas are cursed to have such a govt running the state. Sema also alleged that politicians are only looking for political survival and have nothing to do with the welfare of the citizens. Sema also mentioned that the public has to bring change by avoiding selling their votes to corrupted candidates. While briefing on Naga political issues, Sema said that there is nothing particular which will benefit the Nagas but instead it will take away the rights of Nagas of Nagaland. He further said NSCN (IM) is speaking half the truth and hiding the other part of the truth leaving the Naga public confused on Naga political issues. Sema also added that the NSCN (IM) wants to control the whole policy system within the state of Nagaland
