You may have a well-developed portfolio of work and the instructional design skills to go along with it, but by making simple mistakes or leaving out key content, you could make the difference between getting hired or overlooked for a potential ID role.

Is an abundance of projects the answer? How much explanation of your ID process should you display? Does it matter the tools used for the projects in your portfolio?
