In this video, I'm asking the question: "can you be too strong?"

Can you be strong and still be fast?

Can being strong make you more likely to hurt yourself?

Does being strong automatically mean you have no cardio?

I argue that you can be "too strong," but only if you have failed to build strong foundations and support for that strength. In other words: you need to train specifically to ensure your body can support the strength you've built, and you need to take extra care in the way you move and maintain balance.

What do you think?
