Authorities released bodycam video allegedly showing a suspect dragging two Ohio police officers while attempting to speed away in his car to avoid arrest on Sept. 28. The Grove City Police Department said officers attempted to arrest the driver of the vehicle after an officer identified him as someone with outstanding warrants. Police said the suspects, Abel Martinez and his passenger Deanna Faris, allegedly fled the scene after hitting officers and were later caught on foot and arrested.
