We discussed the Hans Niemann $100 million lawsuit with Akiva Cohen, a partner at law firm Kamerman, Uncyk, Soniker & Klein. Akiva is an experienced federal and state court litigator with a focus on general commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, cutting edge e-discovery and practice issues and an eye towards controlling litigation costs.
As with some live streams, there were some technical issues with Akiva's internet, and we apologize for the frequent interruptions in the first half of this video.
