Today we head out to Malin beg which is on the west coast of Donegal and it is the mostly westly point in County Donegal that you can drive too.
Malin Beg is no. 8 out of 37 Wild Atlantic Way points in County Donegal. I am starting clockwise round.
What you will see in the this video is the wild atlantic way point, the Malin Beg head and the silverstrand beach. The beach is in a horseshoe shaped inlet which has magnificent soft sand. It is a great spot for snorkeling and swimming.
In my previous video of Slieve League I showed a Napoleon era watch tower built in case of invasion by France which are dotted along the coastline of Ireland. There is also one at Malin Beg which you will see in this video.
