MERCILESS Is INSANE Now! Use it in the New Dungeon with this Build [Destiny 2]
Hey Crew!
Okay we have to talk about Merciless and how much better this bad boy is now!
I will be taking this into the Dungeon with me tomorrow along with the build that I am going to show you
and the awesome part about Merciless is on its own its so much better now and when you pair it with a few different things that
I am going to show you it just sends it over the top and is so good for Ad clear now and for Burst DPS on Champions or for bosses
when you have used all your heavy!
It is basically a better 4th horseman now because we have range and it reminds me of Pocket infinity from Destiny 1. it feels that good!

What everyone didn't like about merciless is you had to charge those first 2 or 3 shots when shooting a High health target and it just took forever because it has one
of the highest charge times in the game!!
But now with the changes bungie made, before we even get to that high health target or champion we can have Merciless already procd and ready to go!
What Bungie did was
Decreased charge time on hit no longer resets on kill or on reload and now works on a five-second timer.
The timer is refreshed when landing hits.
So basically what this means is as long as your either landing hits or killing something you will the Merciless buff Conserve Momentum up all the time.
So when you see a high health target like a champion you want to pull merciless out. Shot about 2 low rank and file enemies. This will give you the stack of Momentum
you need where you don't have to wait for the long charge time any more!
So you kill 2 enemies then reload. Reloading procs the original kill clip damage at around 65% that is a perk on merciless so now you have some crazy damage ready to go in an instant
because you already have Momentum procd!
As you can see with these champions it 2 or 3 burst them with no charge time which is amazing!
So now lets add some things to this to send it over the top with our Subclass and Exotic Armor piece!
