A humble request to you in this one.
Starting with a story - I was deeply depressed at the start of 2022. I'd moved into my dream house, but without my family. As more wealth entered my life, it made me feel less challenged. And for the warrior in me, a challenge less life felt almost empty. It took a LOT of self-work to actually enjoy life again.
I'd worked throughout my 20s towards this very dream. Stable businesses, a loving team, and lots of material success. The world tells you all your life that money, fame, and even love are life's goals. But trust me, my friend, even after getting all 3, there will be countless moments when you feel empty. To the point where I wanted to quit YouTube, social media, business, and everything in between.
What rescued me finally was therapy and meditation. I recommend the combination highly to ANYONE that feels any sort of "lack" in life. Even healed people need therapy. I'm not a professional therapist.
But I am an entrepreneur. And what I can recommend with all my heart is the meditation app we've been building out for the last 2 years.
