The accuracy roll is independent on each bounce, but the max hit is NOT. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if Jagex will patch this. Basically the Venator bow seems to buff damage on every monster if your primary target is subject to a damage boost e.g. through salve(ei) or the black mask(i) buff. Very cool, and hopefully someone good at the game will come up for a use for it. Some kind of new slayer training or money making meta maybe?
