Ahoy there, adventurers! Who would have thought that the timeless wisdom of Baloo and Mowgli from The Jungle Book could help guide us today? In these uncertain times, it can feel like more than ever before we’re searching for answers. But what if the answer lies in simplicity? Cue the famous tune, “The Bare Necessities”.
As classic as they come, belted out by everyone's favorite sloth bear duo, it serves as a reminder of how sometimes we need to find peace in appreciating only what is truly essential.
I had plenty of time to appreciate the bare necessities as the bad flu kept me in bed and offline throughout the holiday. Each day, I feel stronger and closer to being back at 100.
