The Republican senator Mitt Romney appeared to confront congressman George Santos before President Biden was due to deliver his State of Union address on Tuesday.

Though his remarks weren't audible, Romney clearly told Santos that he 'ought to be embarrassed' several times. Later Romney told reporters that Santos he didn't 'belong here [in Congress]' and called him a 'sick puppy'.
