In case you're not familiar with the Boeing triple 7X, it's the newest version of the triple 7. And it will be available in two versions, either triple 7-8 or triple 7-9 and it will be longer and larger than existing triple 7s, as well as larger than 787s, which are also popular. Due to the stagnation in the market for planes like the A380 and 747-8, even before the recent pandemic, this is probably the biggest new aircraft we will see manufactured in the next decade. There have already been delays - the plane was originally due to start deliveries in 2020, but has now been delayed until 2023 at the earliest. However, the situation has now taken an even worse turn.
