'Another embarrassing move' from Joe Biden leads to worry over 'cognitive state'

Sky News host Cory Bernardi says there has been “another embarrassing move” from US President Joe Biden.

It comes as US President Joe Biden, upon getting a handshake from House Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, stuck his hand out to shake again.

“It’s like a goldfish, isn’t it? It forgets it’s swum from one side of the other, ‘I forgot I shook hands, let me try again’,” he said.

“You’ve got to worry about the cognitive state of the US president and hence the state of the free world.”
