One of the Bilkis Bano rapists is back to his village. The same village where Bilkis Bano also lived. Bilkis' home is gone as it was burnt down, but right across the street is a shop run by Radheshyam Shah's brother. Shah is one of the 11 convicts in the case that shook the nation.
