HOW TO AVOID INJURY - TENDON TRAINING AND SUPPLEMENTATION

In this video we take a look at tendons. This soft tissue is crucial for sprinting and jumping. I explain what tendons do and what they are made from (collagen). I also talk about how you can train them and also crucially how you can keep them in good health by the potential use of gelatine and vitamin C supplementation. In the process of doing so, I talk through and show you some of the research I discovered.
Hopefully, the information in this slightly different type of content to that I normally create will be of use to you. Remember that being an athlete is a complete experience and what you do away from the pit or the sprint track can have just as much influence on performance as to what you do off track.
